the inlet manifold it ok to put your hand on it after a good thrashin with that gasket on, thats how much it reduces intake temps..good mod imo. and is the pipes etc different then for the lcr??

All fitted took me few hours never do it by your self lol was a bit of a pain but got there took it fir a quick blast and after engine was hot and manni was freezing checked it for leaks and all was good

haha well done sam. i know its a pita, when i did mine i also fitted the badger 5 tip and my back was broken by the time i had finished. the insulator gasket is a very simple but very effective bit of kit

Seals are only a few quid each, Bit of a bitch to remove as you need a 20mm allen key.

They were the most expensive o-rings I have ever baught haha! Fuel resistant rubber arent they?

what size are the injector seals for the LCR, i will try and get some sat morning and change them

i would have come over for the meet mate but im clearing a garage out all day sunday at my dads as we turning it in to a booth, painting this month!!!
