Hi everyone. I was thinking about getting an induction kit for my Cupra R 225. It already has Revo stage 1 and a Magnex cat back exhaust. It also has a K&N panel filter but i want to replace this for a full induction system and i was wondering which was the best? And also if i was to add one on will this effect the Revo remap it already has in any way? Helpfull feedback would be much apreciated. Thankyou :)

Were you looking for power or noise?

Unless it's an enclosed filter, don't bother as it will create more heatsoak issues and your power will drop.

I'd stick with the OE airbox and fit an R32 intake pipe.

TBH unless your looking for tiny little diffrences on RR results id just get anything. Iv had a K&N and a now a Jetex open cone on my car both make alot of noise sucking and it sounds very cool, id go for that.

Folk ramble on about smoothing the standard box and fitting pannel filter sounds like load of crap to me and not seen much to suggest otherwise.

If your bothered about heatsoak(makes feck all diffrence) get a heatshield they looks cool and hold up the filter.

Short answer open cone make loads of noise so you can hear your turbo and DV if you have one

I've been told that Jabbasport is a good one to go for as it comes with a heat shield too. I'm not looking for more noise really, want to free up a few more horses by letting it breathe better.

I've got the Jabba Sport Induction Kit and Heat Shield, I really like it but it's all down to personal choice and like others have said been covered alot.
