After a few months of getting used to the car, I took a trip up to Wolverhampton to see Will at P-Torque who did a stage 1 for me....
Stage 1 map
Forge 007P Recirc Valve
Pipercross Panel Filter.

Results were as follows...

standard 175.5 BHP and 167.7 Lb/Ft
Stage 1 214.1 BHP and 248.5 Lb/Ft

I Had some trouble early in February... There was a horrible sound at 3k revs..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yl6kKEJK1EE

Turned out that it was the Plate that the Engine Mount sits on, and the engine was pulling away from the Chassis!! In short, the spot welds had come loose!! Not a happy bunny!! [:@]
Seat agreed to pay 60% of the Cost and i had it done with White Dove in Cardiff.... so i ended up paying around £200 for them to sort it, so not as bad I was first expecting.

Had a Busy Few months, but ended up buying some H&R springs. I was going to go down the line of Coilovers, but couldn't justify the cost at the time, as its only for aesthetics that i want it lower. Although if these springs turn out to be Sh*t, i may look into it. I bought the ones for the Cupra/ Fr from Awesome as the guy told me his mother has a Cupra and he fitted these springs and hasnt looked back..

So i got them fitted around a week ago..but was a bit disappointed when i picked it up to find that the back sat lower than the front by approx 10mm...
But saying that, the back is lower than I expected for 40mm.

I phoned Awesome to ask why the back is lower, and they told me that it can take up to 500 miles and 8 weeks to settle... Anyone know if this is correct?

Anyway here are some pictures

Will Post the rest of the pictures when it lets me... unless anyone knows how to add more....

Only at stage 1 but I've got a few 'supporting' mods like tip, main change that needs to be done is TB exhaust, removes some pretty hefty restrictions but its costly :( hoping to uprate all my boost pipes before TB system and then hopefully stage 2 early next year :)

Yeh its like £700 quid or something isnt it? how much isit gonna cost for all the boost pipes? ive noticed quite a few people have done the tip but its meant to be a pig of a job to do... whats the main advantage of having the pipes done? im new to this lol:redface:

Its cool everyone starts somewhere I knew next to nothing, reading on here and a bit of research is my guide - changing the tips not that hard just take your time with it and be prepared for a few cuts lol - u will see how restrictive what's on there is when u change it. And currently talking with SFS about making hoses just trying to source an old set for them to copy!!

Nice!! I need some of those honeycombe grills either side of the Seat grille!! were yours on there standard or did you buy them seperately? they are much better than the slats that are on mine!
How long you had it? Are you running coilovers? can you do me a favour and take a side on pic of your car so i can see what it looks like. coz mine is slightly lower at the back than the front... im liking the colour coded rubbing strips too!

I bought the honeycomb grills. But I'm about to change back to the slats. I just prefer them.
I've had it 6 years now. In those pics, it was on coilovers. But I've recently change it to fixed height suspension. It sits a little higher at the back than the front.
