We have recently completed a turbo-back system for the MK3 1.8T 20V and the MK4 1.9D Ibiza Cupra, this can be seen here!

There is now a MK4 1.8T 20V in it's place ready to be used for development. We aim to manufacture a 2.5" turbo-back system available as; downpipe with de-cat, downpipe with sports cat and a cat-back system with a choice of silencers.

you got any vids of one on a tdi, getting a cupra bumper and I'd be intreated in a cat back :) if sounds good

cheers

Nice to see you are at the cutting edge, car has only been out 8 years.

Just kiddin, looks a quality system, would also like to hear the TDI version.

your selling these through Ali at Unit 18 arent ya? I'm raising funds for a TB system with a silencer on as the cars ive seen with them are SWEET and with 1 silence about the volume

just got mine back from Unit18 with a decat and 0 silencer Piper exhaust, cruising on part throttle I wouldn't say it's all that different from when I had a Scorpion catback with standard downpipe (which is a good thing) but full throttle and full boost is totally different - much more of an edge to it, kinda raw sounding. I'd say the way it sounds matches the way it goes a lot more than before. I like it :D

It will be a similar price to that of the recently developed system for the 1.9D, see our website here. I'll post prices on here as soon as they're available.

We haven't got any videos at the moment, it might be worth contacting Unit18 or 'andypandypoos' as he's just had one fitted.

It does look like it could do with a good clean.. :(

I had a full piper exhaust including the manifold on my 1.8sri corsa c back in the day and absolutley loved it (albeit a little loud but was worth it!) and i would have probably went with you guys again if one was available when i was building my cupra, products are class.

Cant help but think the majority of the cupras that will get modded, have been modded and ones getting changed in the future will be full of 2nd hand bits or the tried and tested milltek and perhaps blueflame and now your market could now be pretty small. Bit of a shame in my eyes.

Must agree with Scott, I'm also from a corsa background, had the manifold back system on my old SXi and even sent my cams off to Garry who was with you at the time for a Fast Road re-profile, so my first thoughts when I got my FR were "Right, Piper exhaust time..." lol Sadly there was not one so I ended up with a Milltek. Oh well, I'm sure the system will be awesome, do miss the old Corsa one!

You say that but theres a growing market in the mk4's as they are now a great buy so there will be plenty of modders wanting good quality new parts so with a bit of advertising you could be onto a winner, especially at that price for a tbe

My resonated milltek turboback was less than the decat system with 1 silencer in thats for offer for the tdi on that site  not slagging piper, love the products as already mentioned, just think it's rather too late in the day.

Ahh my Brother used to have a Piper on his 205GTi back in the day and I thought it was a quality system; best one he had on any of his cars.

I'll probably still end up with Milltek mind because they're local to me and I'll take it back to them if it ever falls off (did this twice with Scorpion on my Polo!), but it's nice to see an alternative to the norm.

We have completed another successful development with Unit18 Automotive.

This can be purchased as; a cat-back system with a range of 0-2 silencer options, a full turbo-back system with a range of 0-2 silencers with a choice of 200CPI sports cat or de-cat, or even as a downpipe with de-cat or sports cat!

A cat-back system is available from £197.18 +VAT and a downpipe from 158.92 +VAT.

will the PD system fit non cupra ibizas(eg my pd130 sport) ? I dont know the differences between the cars exhaust system... Surely they are the same ?

You'll need the right size adaptor to fit the cat, and the rear bumper outlet isn't quite right
