My LCR got invaded by ants!

Parked too close to the verge, all over the engine bay and a few inside.

Whiteline front ARB arrived today, new discs tomorrow and braided hoses going on soon. Still on the hunt for some cheap, light 18" wheels for track!!

Treated my Cupra with a fresh set of Goodyear Eagle F1 assymetric 2 tires on the front
Seem to be OK... only got them for 40km now so might get better the coming 150/200 km. I have high expectations about them though..

LMAO on the plaster thingy on rear door

Nothing at all, sadly. It's in the garage as someone ran into the back of it recently. Sad to say, I'm actually missing it. The courtesy car is a 2.0 l Vauxhall something or other (haven't been bothered to even look). When the chap that brought it ran through the key points, I kept saying "my Seat's got that", "my Seat's got that". I asked about fold in mirrors, he said yes, you get out the car and push them in. I said aren't they automatic? He replied "it's not a BMW". To which I answered "my Seat's got that"!

But when I get it back it's getting serviced then off the ****** for pipercross filter and a stage one re-map (by mean's of a welcome home!) :)

Haha, quite funny! A lot of 'cheaper' cars are coming highly specced now, and some features even standard which BMW charge for!

Got my HEKO wind deflectors fitted now and they stand out :) bro got his on his golf mk5 now also.

Washed my original set of 16in SEAT Ronal's and getting ready to sell them on :)

Fully cleaned inside and out.
Front wheels off - 2 layers of poor boys wheel sealer and 2 coats of HD wax.
Cleaned engine bay.
Cleaned and fed the leather.
Dressed rubber, cleaned glass etc.
Supernatural waxed the 3m clear vinyl stone chip protection.
Cleaned and wax-oiled the sills for some added protection.

Sparkling now, just need a photo:D

Gave it a blast with the powerwasher (as it looked like I'd been rallying) then a proper wash and spruce up. All clean and shiny again. :)

do you not have a hosepipe ban then? i do...and i hate tooing and throwing with a bucket of water to rinse the bloody thing

i just got excited and checked...my area still is apparently in a drought

despite the flood at the bottom of the village. maybe i should go and park in it and just splash the car till its clean

If you take a look over on detailing world, its not recommended to feed modern leather within cars as they are already protected and the feed attracts dirt. . .

Whats recommended then to "clean" the leather with

i need to do mine
