lol i rarely shop at halfords due to it being stupidly expensive, but when they have a sale on, i always go because i know that they screw up the prices alot

lol yeh everytime ive been in there customer service is disgraceful, even if some of the girls in my local one are bang tidy they are ignorant as ****, and then when you do get there advice they know nothing about the product, they are usless
i did get thrown out of one once in Peterborough, I asked if they had any wax, dumb broad asked if it was for the car, i was being a smart arse that day and said no for your tash, she was not impressed

Yes that's the person! Need to contact her on the car she bought lol. Had an RAC inspection done on it and he deemed the car unroadworthy and unrepairable lol
