I know that Yetis and octavias have a diffrent computer with lots of settings and its neat (btw i work for the main VAG group importer in cyprus selling Skoda's and Seats). Beenz why did you sell your Seat ?
I have a back
problem a trapped nerve that was causing pain getting into and out of the car in the confined parking spaces where I live, not a fault of the car, maybe the 5 door
Ibiza with shorter doors would have been better. Having sold my other car a 2002 Mondeo estate 130 TDCi a few months ago and I didn't have the ability to move larger amounts of stuff around. I wanted something in the middle. Preferably VAG.
To be honest I didn't think I would have changed quite so early, I've always liked the Yeti but a 6 month waiting list and few used ones with very high prices put me off until I spotted a pre-registered showroom car with a few grand off in the
dealers with some extras (panoramic roof, park assist + more) that only had 41, yes forty one miles on the clock. It was so much easier to get in and out of then my
Ibiza plus it was the top range model.
I do miss the striking looks of the
Ibiza, the best looking car in its class by far, what is strange is that there is very little difference in insurance, the170 BHP Yeti is actually cheaper for me than my
Ibiza was last year. And that's with the VAG insurance quote.
