H&R 25/40s lowering springs. Ride is fine, if a little harsh at the back. Ordered from dpm performance off this site.

Cheers fella ! Appreciate the feed back ! 1 more question, my FR comes with the sport suspension and i quite like it. Would it be as hard as or harder :) ?

Thanks !

It would be harder to be honest. Just a point to bear in mind, if you are going down the lowering springs route, it will put extra pressure on the shocks. Also, the wheels will need aligned ... Manufacturers standard alignment details will no longer be valid. I had to replace my front tires last week because the inside thread on front were worn right down. The rest of the tread across the diameter of the tire was fine for another few thousand miles. So, get the car set up right or you could end up out of pocket.

Ah okay ! Cheers mate il deffo have a look into it all ! If you don't mind me asking how much we're your coil overs ?

Thanks !

I dont have coilivers mate ... Just the lowering springs. Cost about £130.

Eibach pro springs in mine. They drop it by about 25 mm or thereabouts, so in terms of look they're more subtle than some. Having said this I think the drop is still noticeable and I'm very happy with it. Ride comfort is virtually the same but handling is better, so I think they're a good all round compromise. Cost about £170 if I remember correctly.

Very impressed with the drop and the car in general mate! Ive read gd things about KW. Ive looked at loads of springs, but eibach are expencive and im not sure if the drop will be enough for me , then i looked at the H and R 25/40 mm but i decided the back was to low compared to the front and apex look a bit to cheap to be true and ive heard bad things about the ride quality.

What coilovers or springs do you all have... And do you rate them ? :)
On Cupra 6j use Eibach Sportline Kit lowering springs:
+ driving feeling via the steering wheel
+ better keep parallel position relatively the road(especially noticeable in the fast start and braking)
+/- it is soft
if you drive on the public road then the springs is comfortably.
if you using car on the track then the springs is soft.

My Cupra has got the aftermarket brakes and now there is disbalance.
The aftermarket brakes are strong and Eibach springs don't keep hard breaking.
So I ordered bilstein b16 pss9.

I think FR better than Cupra as everyday car ...but less fun.
Don't worry)) FR's suspension is comfortably and has a good balance. Cupra harder.
