Craig measured somthing on block 31 bill and it was on 8 when should have been 4 or 5 on idle?? Thats what nathan told me, we changed the fpr yesterday no diffrent injectors today seemed better befor he left me its 100% over fueling it sticks, pops and bangs all the time and i spitting black **** out the exhaust

all due respect to craig he's wasting his time looking at block 031 on a narrow band ecu..
what is block 001 doing?!?!?!?!?

Any fault codes?
checked fuel pressure physically yet?
blocked fpr filter gauze I have seen a few times causing over pressure and fuel adaptions - BLOCK 001 trying to pull -25%

What is yours doing?

The only fault code I've got is this one-17511 P1103 O2 Sensor Heating Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Output too Low

I'll plug in to vag com tomorrow evening and see that block 001 is doing.

Thanks for the reply bill

check physical fuel pressure @ rail dude..
b1s1 is the controlling lambda, so that needs sorting out as you know

Done fuel pressure test on rail and running 4bar as should be.
Block 001 is indicating that I'm over fueling also.

What do you want me to log and I should be able to do that tonight? Thanks for the reply bill

Will have to bare with me as I'm new to vag com sorry

Little update

Right I've fixed my n112 bypass last night, ( the n112 valve fell off about 3 weeks ago) so I made a new bracket for it and put it back on :) no more engine management light!!! Drove the car this morning and it hit limp mode and this code popped up....... 17535- P1127 Long Term Fuel Trim mult.,Bank1 System too Rich

Cleared the code and it hasn't popped back up yet, had a little search and people were saying it could be the airflow meter or coolent temp sensor, but my airflow meter is brand new and tested that its fine

First block is 31
2nd is 32
3rd is 001

But in block 31 the first voltage box keeps moving between 0-.7 for some reason, car just just on idle

Tried doing a log and I will try posting this on here

bill, can you make any sense of the log i done, sorry its abit long was on idle for about 5 mins and then did a quick run, thank you
