Thanks Miss Chief, seat turbo power, I should probably start a new thread. Have defo decided to go for an LCR. Fuel & tax is about the same as in my VERY inefficient 131bhp 2.0ltr Mazda 323F sport, so I'm not too fussed about running costs. A new turbo is a very different matter though!

Yeah a agree with what boost hard said, mines never let me down ( touch wood ) but iv had to replace clutch and flywheel, do a pcv delete due to split hoses, lamba sensor, front brake pads and disks, front bushes as they where on there way out. Then all the upgrades I saw fit or wanted to do. Depends how much you want to spend on it! Iv Kerbed my spending at the mo, but that's only because I'm gettin marries next year. Just changing plugs and coil packs then that's it for a while, well that's what the misses thinks anyway! Ha ha

That's what I always say to my misses, but the odd sneaky purchase on fleabay delivered to the work address = she will never know ;) haha

Ha ha I finish work before her so I always manage to collect before she sees or go to the post office the next day after hiding the attempted delivery card in my van ha ha

just a thought but does anyone know if a mid-year oil change would get stamped in the service book?

Say if you've done 15k in a year, do you get an oil only change after 10k then a service again at the end of the year (after 5k) or do you wait until part way through the next year, when you hit the next 10k? If the former, do you get two stamps or just one?

lol, goona be honest mate if you gonna be doing that much in a yr your best of getting the derv fr,thats some miles..........but what i do,cause its a turbo car is evert yr ill change the oil and oil filter, air filter and sparks, every 6 mon
