Changed my Cam Follower today.
Only took 20 minutes like normal and after 10k miles including 2 trackdays, the follower doesn't look bad at all!

Yep, brand new rep top ones. Where did you get the cleaning done and how long did it take???
Got it done at warpspeed performance in kilbirnie, the guy Scott is very knowledgable, I would say it's well worth it.

Ok cool I'll do a little research. My Leon is only giving 54mpg at best. Considering iv seen 170's hitting 60 odd I'm bis disappointed lol

That's trip readings though, click on my fuelly and you'll see real mpg is a different story!
I first saw the terraclean on wheeler dealers with mr brewer & mr china and tbouvht if was bloody good!

Just got back from a 2250 mile camping holiday to southern Austria down the autobahn and over the alps.
Got 56.8mpg with a couple of 140mph runs. Kept up with most cars except exotics.
Got from Newcastle upon Tyne to Luxembourg on one tank!
Well impressed with the capability of my 58 FR TDi 170.
It just gave and gave.

Is it more affective on cars that have done 30k + miles or is it just as affective with cars that have done about 10k.?
