As above looking at putting 18s on my leon instead of my 19s had my eye on bbs ch 18x8 et45 with 225/40/18 should I have any issues with them rubbing once I wind the coilovers down I'm not going mental low though any help would be great thanks

I currently have 225/40/18 on my team dynamic 8j et45 and no issues what so ever,

I'm moving to 8.5j et40 so time will tell

i had 215/35/18's on my leon and the chassis was touching the driveshaft but tyres never rubbed arches 8.5 all round

I was running replica alloys on my mk2 Cupra with an offset of 30. These did protrude a tad but were still legal. I would'nt go any lower than that as it'll just look stupid. ET45 is pretty much bang on in the middle, i would think that they would fill the arches nicely.
