As you should be. These are sub-par.

I've never seen anybody put a seq on a Leon. Nice touch!!
Are you sure you ordered the one that goes in the centre console? This one looks like a top mounted one for use in a track car without interior

Had a lovely text & picture message this morning that my other half has discovered a kerb mark on the N/S/F of my previously unmarked alloys, yet denies all knowledge of actually causing it[:@]

It certainly wasn't there when i washed the car on the weekend and i would have noticed if I had clouted a kerb

but is the fuel filter just a case of undo all the bolts, pull it out and put new in, or is there more to it?

Haha...sorry, I'm having a particularly unhelpful day on the forum but...isn't that the general idea of any car work? :)

Undo bolts, pull out old, put in new, do bolts up again.

Thanks! I wasn't sure what feedback I'd get from the forum.. This mod is like marmite, people will hate it and ridicule me or love it! Haha it's the under tunnel one, comes with instructions on how to mount under, just not sure what to do gaiter wise, I'm currently rebuilding a new long ratio gearbox it has steel forks as standard but need bronze slider caps, so I'm going to fit them and transfer my peloquin diff and install new vibratechnik mounts (engine/gearbox/ subframe/dog bone) then install my new SM performance clutch kit at once! Few weeks yet... :( lol

Got soaking wet while trying to get the egr valve off!! Now cleaning it under the awning and will wait for the weather to improve before attempting to refit it. Was enough of a bugger to get off! Let's hope refitting isn't much more awkward!

maybe so but wondered it needed draining down prior or re priming after etc instead of just the obvious. :p

Been rear ended tonight. Feel gutted.

Was turning left into a side street following a car.
The car in front of me stopped dead just after turning, so I stopped dead, however, my rear end was sticking out into the main road.
I was stationary for about 5 seconds....then bang! Hit up the ar$e.

I think it looks worse than it is. Hopefully, there isn't any structural damage and it's just a new bumper.
All reported to the insurance, see what happens.

Sorry to hear it. Atleast you managed to stop dead and not impact the vehicle in front. The good thing is no matter what its generally deemed their fault when you are hit from behind as its their responsibility to leave such a distance that it can account for any eventuality

Today I did this...

Jordi Gene really trusts the Cupra 280.. he pushed it so hard even though it was very wet .. made my laps look very slow.

The cupracer was unreal he really pushed that hard

I finally discovered the one downside to owning a Cupra..

Every f*cker wants to race you! There I am cruising along on the motorway which has speed cameras every 2 minutes, minding my own business, listening to my Britney Spears CD and bam, some douchebag in a 1 series BMW literally rimming my exhaust! So I move over into the middle lane, at which point he pulls in behind me, again about an inch apart.. I'm all for having a quick blast of fun but this is just dangerous! So many idiot drivers out there!
