Black soot on back of car

I thought this was normal until a BUZZ KILLER called Patrick/Shnazzle asked me why the back of my car looks like a diesel, so now I am paranoid lol

Is my car running too rich or is this normal????

It was fine when the car had just the 200cel cat and 3" downpipe, but now that its a full 3" system i get black soot aaaaaaaal over the back/rear bumper

the joys of having mods to the car.. my old glanza used to spit lots of black dots on the WHITE rear lol

its fine... may be a tad rich

if your that bothered get it on a RR to get it cheked

I get little black spots on the the back after booting it.

You got any pics of the soot.

It maybe wasn't as bad with just the downpipe because your exhaust exit was to 1 side. Now you have 2 4" tailpipe in the middle blowing straight up the back.

hahaha yeah I just PMd Kev marshall cos I know he has the same exhaust as me and he said its the same!!!

plus with the way the old one was, it wasnt as big and it was at a different angle too

That's the very nice R I mean. For the back end to look that good again it just needs a powervalve with them massive 4" tips.

Yes I'm looking after her very well. Serviced an MOT'd last week, 1st advisory chip in windscreen which had already been repaired. Looking at the service book last week I notice I have only just done 6500miles in the 15months I've owned her.

The S3 rears I have sat at home, I'm going to get them powder coated brembo red to match my AKS BBK on the front.
