I know that pain, missus recently told me that we spend more on our cars every month than we do on the mortgage, that made me happy

Does my head in mate. Where hopefully guna get a mortgage and move out end of next year. Another reason I didn't get another car yet.

Combined with he mortgage and me and the mrs' car, we spend WELL over a grand a month. But you might aswel spend it whilst you've got it. Still somehow end up with money to spare at the end of the month. Live a little oli...go get a cupra tomorrow

I want to try and stop renting mate so don't want to at the moment. ****s me off paying some ******* mortgage. This year we will have paid him £8500. Rather be paying mine off.

In seriousness mate if I were you, as hard as it probably is to resist the temptation, hang on and wait till you've got your **** sorted, re-assess in 6-12 months and go from there, chances are you will be in a better more stable position and you'll probably get something you really want as opposed to getting something because you fancy a bit of a change.
