I ordered a flip key for my leon and went to program it to the car but nothing is happening. The key number is 1j0959753n and my car is a 52 plate. They didn't change the remotes at any time did they?.

Figured out why it's not working it's the wrong one I need 1j0959753ct instead of 1j0959753n damn it.
Na you can get it to work with you're central locking by doing the sync procedure in the owners manual. I didn't realise they had a change over year hence why I got this one but hey ho we all learn by our mistakes.

Could do mate but I don't have the flip key part only the button bit and it's an after market one down to you really.

Yeah. I was told that this one is for cars made after late '01. My car is early '01 and it doesnt work!
