First track day in LCR

Done a fair few laps at Lydden, @ APEX and BHP shows.
I love it perfect for my MK2, not sure it would be as much fun in the Leon.
Also gone through a couple of head lights and a screen. think this that was more due to the drifters before hand.

Yeah I find its better suited to the lighter smaller cars. I usually go there every other month for the track days

Oh I love castle combe, go to the action days twice a year, really fast circuit

You based in Kent then? I'm about 15 mins from lydden hill

No I'm in East Sussex, so only about 1 hour to get there. Goband watch Rallycross whenever it's on.

Not a fan of castle Combe, could just be because I broke the golf there!
I know it's predictable but snetterton or brands are my favs!
Just good clean fun!! Lol
Few more bits on the way, oil catch tank and seats!

I have the OMP frames on these bucket seats, they were straight bolted but ive bought the slider for the drivers seat

sorry also just got top mounts, any chance you can post some close ups so I can get the idea for fitting.
also did you use the standard spring top cups? as these move up and down on the kit I have?

Closest pic ive got, you will use the existing spring retaining cap and need an OE bearing too


I managed to mount my drivers bucket too

Id love to take our leon on track but i dont know.. I took a few Jap card on track.. the leon seems a little delicate or something.. I'd be afraid i'd break it or blow the engine or something... lol

They are quite robust, had mine years and had it on track many times
