DAB NOT WORKING

just noticed that the dab selection on my new cupra has stopped being able to find stations. FM and AM work fine.

Any ideas otherwise I’m of to the stealers.

Not to overlook the obvious, but have you tested another DAB radio where the car is located?

My DAB drops out completely in places where I live, then doesn't always switch back from FM when the signal returns.

Maybe try a factory reset.
As it will do a scan when booting back up.

How to I reboot it, I’ve turn it off and on?

It's in the settings. Can't remember where but think it's in the options towards the bottom.

I had a quick look , but couldn’t see the option for media system. I don’t really wan to do a full factory reset

I do full factory reset loads of time, as far as I am aware it just syncs various control units in the car.

But if you are worried then take it to the dealer and let them do it .

You can reboot the infotainment unit by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds; release when the start up screen is visible.

I did the reset and dab started to work for 5 mins then stop again , think I will take it in to seat.
