apparently they have been underestimated 10-15BHP

Certainly the older variants (280/290's) made about 300+ ish, the 300 should make the same as a Golf R as it's the same engine and map from what I recall Andrew saying.

Dynos vary too much to be useful. Whatever it's got are big healthy horsies.

My Stock 300 is going on a Dyno on the 17th November. I was interested to see what exactly it has got. As soon as it is done I’ll post info on here.

We'll see if there's any difference between pre and post Gpf as well

Agree, which is why something like a Dyno day is good for comparison. Although again the temperature will get warmer through the day, so still some variance.

Standard (Pre PPF) '300' cars came out with 290-309. There was also 311 from a pre facelift 290 which was standard apart from a panel filter.

My stock carbon was 3hp down,293,it had it's first oil service Friday before the rr day and the dealer said there was a recall,some minor updates...hmmm,plus point though turned soundaktor off for me.

My Dyno gave 310foot lb of torque which if I’ve calculated correctly is 420Nm. According to all the Brochure details the torque for a stock 300 should be 380Nm.

If I’ve calculated correctly I’m well happy
