Fog Light Fuse Problems

The problem I've got is that the left front fog light on my Leon SC FR Mk.3 isn't working at the moment and to pass the inspection due in about two months I either need both of them working, or none. So I decided it would be easier to just disconnect both of them since I've NEVER used fog lights in my life. The problem is that I have't found the right fuse (I though pulling the fuse might be the easiest way of disconnecting them both). According to the link below there's only a fuse for the "left" and "right" lights, which when I pull it out also disconnects the Headlights. Have any of you guys had the same problem, and if so how did you fix it?

Thanks in advance
/Fred

Modern cars aren't like the old ones, they don't have a fuse and switch for each item, instead they have data buses and control modules which you would need a diagnostic machine to amend.

Usually when a light doesn't work it's because the lamp is blown or the led has failed. So, to switch off the fogs you'll need to code them off - or physically disconnect them, but that may cause error codes.

Thanks for the reply! Would you happen to know if it's possible to code the lights with a OBDII Blue Driver or would I need "the real deal" hooking up a laptop to the car and coding with Notepad like a pro?
