Have you looked at the sponsors on here? Here's a link Ibiza Accessories. I've used these guys for my Cupra and found them really helpful. It looks like they do an armrest too

There are two versions - one where the armrest / lid to the storage compartment is black vinyl (‘pleather’) and the other version has a black fabric covered armrest / lid. Part numbers;
- vinyl version; 6F0061123XU2
- fabric version; 6F0061123LI8
The current model VW Polo has the same armrest and forum members on the Polo forum who’ve fitted it have said it’s fairly straightforward to do.
As @oldgitdave had suggested, it’d be worth contacting the forum sponsor @SEAT Motor Parts regarding availability / whether there is a forum member discount off the price.
If you’re happy with a used armrest, there are usually a few used examples for sale on sites such as eBay. Be sure to search for the genuine Seat Ibiza armrest though as there are some non-genuine alternatives for sale that don’t look as good and may not fit as well as the genuine article.

Welcome the forum. Great little car the Ibiza and as others have said there are genuine armrests available to fit your car. I fitted one to my partners car, really easy, was about a 5 min job.
If this is a genuine question and not one generated by an AI chatbot it then I’d suggest you ask it on a Volvo forum. I doubt any forum member on this (Seat and Cupra) forum will be able to help with a query concerning a poor fitting armrest in a Volvo V70 D5.
Try driving with both hands on the steering wheel at 10 to 2 or 1/4 past 9. I consider the arm rest to be for the passenger.
In my wife's Fabia the arm rest is in the way when trying to use the handbrake & is left permanently in the folded up position. Is the Ibiza the same?
When I learnt to drive many years ago (back in the 1970’s), I was taught to drive with both my hands on the steering wheel - either at the ten to two to or quarter to three / quarter past nine position. Maybe driving instructors don’t teach correct hand placement on the steering wheel now ? (IMHO an oversight if they don’t). With (all) cars now having steering wheel airbags, I personally favour the quarter to three / quarter past nine position, as holding the wheel at ten to two may mean hands and forearms are more at risk of injury if the airbag deploys.
I never use the central armrest as an armrest - it just feels unnatural and awkward doing so while driving, in the same way that not having both hands on the steering wheel feels unnatural. I consider the centre armrest to be no more than a padded lid for the small storage compartment beneath it.
