How to activate the full link

Well I have now written my local dealer and asking if they have heard anything about the possibility of installing FL now, with the 1896 update.

Yeah, I might be wrong. My ports are not fast charge or not working properly (tested with several phones - they provide around 1000-1400mah, far from fast charges).
I have non FL vehicle (full link not available).

I don't have Full Link either but am able to fast charge. That's weird.
How did you find out only 1000 - 1400mAh was provided?
Because USB PD is negotiating with the device on it's capabilities.
Might as wel be a cable and/or device problem?

I tried several devices (Xiaomi 10 , Poco X3 pro, Samsung s 21 ultra), no fast charge. Tried 5 different cables (all 60-100W capable) , no luck.

I monitor by the phone (no fast charge shown) + I have on all my devices installed AccuBattery Pro which shows real time charge status - charge current + charge voltage.

Weird, my Leon doesn't have FL either but does fast charge on all 4 USB-C ports.

Well I checked the system information today and everything shows as exactly the same as before the Full link was activated. Version 1896 etc

This might have been answered before, but how exactly do you find information about which update is installed? If it's the "hold car settings button down", then it seems like my car is running 09xx. That would be a really old software I guess.

Hey guys, were you able to get the full link? In Turkey, all the dealers say that they are waiting for an update from the producer. It's so annoying not to have such a brilliant future in a brand-new car.

the vehicle doesn't support qc 3.0, that's why it doesn't show it to you. try the ampere meter app to see how much energy it receives

Hi mate sorry for the late answer. I usually get a notification when new answers in this thread is posted, but didnt this time.

Unfortunately the dealer is very quiet. Iv have not heard back from them and havent followed up. But will now. Thanks for reminding me.

I just received a phonecall from my local seat dealership in Denmark and they informed me that I could now book an appointment for activation of full link - at the cost of 2300 DKR. Will confirm that everything works on Monday the 12 of december. What a wonderful christmas present from seat. FINALLY!

They tried activating the wrong part yesterday and have the new one ordered. Should arrive next week.

Beware that the product number specified on the Seat webshop isn't correct:

wrong - 5F0054830

according to the workshop.

Good news! My dealer also called and told me that they can activate the full link now. I made a service reservation to this Wednesday(December 14). Let's see if it's gonna happen and how much it will cost. I will keep you up to date

By the way, I'm in Turkey and using a manual 2020 Leon FR 1.5TSI

Just picked up my Leon from the workshop and full link works flawlessly. I paid 2392 Danish kroner. Very happy man. Merry Christmas.

Hi! Do you happen to know the order code (item to be ordered ) from dealership , so that Full Link is activated? I spoke to my dealer to get the Full Link unlocked /installed, and they told me, that they don't have an "order code" at this stage, I.e. they don't know what to order from Seat to get this from me.
