Glow plug warning and engine light with limp mode - P0472 and P2002

Hi everyone,
I'm creating this post because my Seat Ibiza Ecomotive has the glow light and engine light on, it has gone into limp mode.
Using a diagnostic tool I found error codes P0472 (Exhaust Pressure Sensor) and P2002 (particulate filter).

The first thing I want to do is replace the exhaust pressure sensor, but I can't find it! Can anyone help me find it in the photo below? Thanks in advance!

It's going to be in the exhaust system somewhere toward the DPF
