New Amp on Sportstourer FR

Hello everybody, I’ve just purchased an upgrade kit Focal Slate Fiber (2 tweeters + 2 woofers on the front and 2 coaxials on the rear).

I would also like to mount an amplifier, I had bought a Focal but my trusted auto electrician said he could not install it as it did not have a particular "input" but I did not understand which one...

Can anyone recommend a quality amplifier that can work with my MK4?

On MQBevo, the external amplifier communicates via ethernet. You'll either need an interface to suit this (and then the necessary software configuration if you don't have Beats Audio), or use a high level output from the back of the infotainment unit

Mh, ok, so you’re saying that if I purchase an amp with a high level input I can make better use pf the new speakers, right?

It’s a RCA connection?

High level is the speaker outputs, it isn’t RCA. RCA is low level and not supplied on OE infotainment units
