Seat ibiza 1.2 petrol 2005

Hi I have a 1.2 seat ibiza 2005 40000 miles
Serviced every year which has recently got a rattle on start up sounds like chain or tensioner!
Once it's running for like 1 min the rattle goes away and if you switch off and start again the rattle isn't there, has anyone else had similar symptoms if so would I need to change just the tensioner or full kit ? Thanks in advance for a y help
