Car-Net Live Traffic

Hi

On Youtube I've seen that someone managed to get Car-Net working on a MIB2STD.
Not only is it showing Live Traffic data, which is my main reason I want this, it also shows petrol prices, Street View and much more. Apparently this is possible by using either a Hotspot-USB or the phone itself as a Hotspot.

SEAT never officially offered it. However VW offered it on their MIB2STD Units and I think Skoda had it as well until they switched to MIB2High and Skoda Connect.

Is there a way to install this to MIB2STD Version MST2_EU_SE_ZR_P0515T?
Btw, this unit has been retrofitted professionally and has everything an STD-Unit can have except for Sport Monitor and RVC installed. P/N of the Unit is 5F0035858C.

What do you mean by "manipulated"? I have access to Green Engineering Menu and all.

Funnily enough, 00060200 is a installed code in SWaP.

If it is a VW unit with Seat HMI I'll have to give up I think. Just replaced the unit last year, not planning to spend another 1k on another one ?
Besides, at that point I'd just get a MIB2High with everything active and Most-port available, just in case I decide to go for a VC Retrofit.
