Model Year 21/22 no internet

formentor wont connect to internet the globe is always grey, it wont load the privacy setting it just says that there are unavailable does anyone know a way to get the car connected to the internet

Im unable to log in, the car will connect to my Hotspot but will not take any internet and keep the glove grey, it says its unable to load my settings when trying to login. And when trying to change the privacy settings it loads then says its unavailable. Ive tried fuse 19 and disconnecting the battery and both have failed.
