Hi you must be one of the lucky ones Cupra refused to allow my dealer to carryout a full upgrade and denied there was a recall available.
Unless your dealer provided you with written evidence from the brand that they outright refuse to allow them to carry out the update package then I'm going to say your dealer is telling you porkie pies there mate.

There is a recall (90Z1) BUT - it would only appear to cover PHEV models at the moment.
 
Request a check through their systems using your VIN, if you already didn't. That should be undeniable.
Thanks for getting back I have it in writing the brand refused my car has just come back from my dealership after two weeks of absolutely nothing being done to it before that it was at the dealership from 06/10/25-26/12/25 continuously it came back with some sort of patch which has not cured the cutting out.

Hi James vin-VSSZZZKL4SRO27255. Fingers crossed it's on the list.
The PV4 update was carried out last year by the looks of the history, but it has no mention in the repair documentation that it resolves issues where the vehicle cuts out.
