stg 1 290, spark plugs?

Anyone running different plugs in their stg 1 290? Ive read RS7 plugs are best. NGK Iridium

Im running these as per recommendation of my tuner. NGK Laser Iridium ILFER7C8EG. I also looked a little bit in the RS7 plugs, but did not went for them. There are also some negative signs out there, which made me hesitant. Its running perfectly with the NGK ILFER7C8EG.

Compared to Bosch FQ5NPP332S 8160 Double Platinum spark plugs

Ask whoever mapped it for their advise. I've seen a fair few posts advising not to go for RS plugs

NGK list ILFER8C7ES for the RS6/7 etc - but also linked to many 2.0tsi's. 190's

Being an 8 - it is cooler than ILFER7C8EG, and also has a smaller 0.7mm gap vs 0.8mm.
There is also a difference in Ohm.

Don't know what the S or G suffix means?

Rs7 and rs3 engines brake cause of spark plugs?

I am sure it happens mostly due to wrong way of regapping.

As already stated, even ilfer's are for rs7.
