Hello there,
Was just wondering if someone may have done this before and could give me some tips with this as i have seen it done on some forums but with limited information around the climatronics panel.
I'm installing heated seats into my Seat Leon, to be able to get them fully functional i need to replace the original AC panel with a panel that has the buttons and a kufatec loom.
My original panel is a manual 5F0 907 426 D, and the new one is a 5F0 907 044 J
When installing my OBD11 the following errors appear which I presume is why the air is blowing directly at me.
B108C71 - Left temperature flap positioning motor Final control stuck
B109415 - Left Temperature Control Door Motor Position Sensor open circuit/short circuit to B+
B108D71 - Right temperature flap positioning motor Final control stuck
B109515 - Right Temperature Control Door Motor Position Sensor open circuit/short circuit to B+
B109815 - Defroster Door Motor Position Sensor open circuit/short circuit to B+
B109915 - Front air distribution door motor position sensor open circuit/short circuit to B+
B109B15 - Fresh air, recirculating air, airflow door motor position sensor open circuit/short circuit to B+
There are some others related to sensors, however these don't concern me as much at the moment.
I assume i can fix this by repinning and using the appropriate connectors?
I do plan on installing the sunlight sensor and temperature sensors if i can find the right parts.
I'm aware for full functionality i would need to likely buy a heater matrix box but I'd like to avoid that for now if possible.
My main goal is getting the heated seats up and running and using hopefully restoring some functionality by repinning / coding if needed.
Thanks,
Blue
