Hi All - First time posting here.

I am hoping if someone can confirm that I have the latest software in my facelifted VZ2 333. There are on OTA updates pending in the car.

Thank you in advance 🙏

2768 is the latest version of software for the infotainment system.
Indeed, I also knew about 2768, but how to officially get it?
Las week I visited the dealership for a different problem, and I also mentioned all the headaches I have with the infotainment system (mainly AA related, but not only). I suggested the update - knowing that 2768 is out - but they replied that as long as their system doesn't suggest the update when searching the VIN, they're not going to do it. Therefore they recommended to wait for the OTA. So far I didn't see any report for an OTA update to 2768.

You can either wait for the OTA or ask if the PV4RC update package is available for your vehicle.

It's the new software package for your vehicle that can be applied by your dealer.

It updates most of the modules and irons out a lot of bugs.

If/when this comes out as an OTA, will it update all the modules?

I had the roof control module replaced under warranty last week and asked if the dealer would check for this update… but it was a flat out no and I would have to raise another warranty issue if I wanted them to check for any software updates.

I doubt the whole suite will ever be OTA.

The best you can hope for is 2768 via an OTA update.

There are many many reasons why the PV4RC update should be applied. Faults such as driver assist lights popping up, the battery going flat, even the interior ambient lights flickering requires the update.

Fair enough, thanks for the info. The flickering ambient lights and random assist lights is definitely an issue so I’ll contact the dealer about the PV4RC update.
