I have a blown out woofer in my front right door and I was thinking of getting some aftermarket speakers to replace them. The thing is I do not know anything about speaker brands and specifications. I have done a little bit of research and I know I just need the woofer and not the tweeter, but I am lost at how many Watts should I look for and what brand.
I am aware that for a good sounding system I need an AMP, but I do not want such thing. For me, the stock sound system was enough, until it started sounding horrible with the blown woofer.
If you say I should look for other OEM speakers, such as SEAT Sound, I tried, but I can not find any for sale in my area.
Oh and, I already intend to sound deaden the door while I have the door cards off.

TLDR: What Woofers would you suggest to replace the OEM ones

Does the VW connector from the Focal INSIDE plug in the OEM Seat Harness?

And how did you mount the woofers to the door? Do the screw holes from the woofers align with the stock ones, or did you 3d print something?

Front Seat door speaker part number = 5F0 035 415
They are 4Ohms so you should make sure whatever you replace it with is also 4Ohms.
While undoubtedly better quality - the better components speakers are also supplied with tweeters and crossovers - so would be more trickey to fit.

To fit another speaker you would need an adapter - either 3d print one;
or something like Connects2 CT25ST06 (which seems to be discontinued!)

Thank you for specific specs!
I need to find some already made adapters since I do not own a 3D printer.
And for the wires, I really do not want to splice them. Do you know of any good adapters?
