Its recently been serviced so I'm assuming its on the latest software.

Would you know what the latest update is for a 73 plate so i can check please?

I haven't noticed what colour the SOS light is when this happens but i will look the next time.

I will email the link you have sent me and vent my displeasure and see what happens as i have very little faith in the dealership.

Thanks for your help.
I had this in my 24 Cupra Leon. It requires the SOS module to be replaced - that's the only fix unfortunately.

Latest Update just deleted both profiles from the car.

Changed S-Pin and password in App on my ipad.
Logged in in car and set myself to primary user (I had both keys in car).
Radio stations back as before.

Seems fixed now, fingers crossed.

Situation here is now fixed too.

Definitely something about my account on the server-side, for my case, which they emailed me to say they resolved, which they did.

As a bonus (thanks to the factory reset perhaps) my interior lighting is now purple on my primary account... which I will NEVER change!

Mine hasn't done the " trying to establish a connection" sos call loop but I've taken to turning the infotainment off overnight and not turning it on until I'm driving down the road a bit in the morning.

Its always on start up and was particularly bad previously in the cold of winter which was odd.

I have also sent an email as Karbonfaiba suggested to vent my displeasure and i have received a case number.

Got a reply from [email protected] and about as much help as the software.

Work with the dealership to get any issues resolved !

The dealership have been useless and just respond with your on the latest software and we haven't had issues with other vehicles which i know is nonsense.

No appointments for nearly 2 months and a 30 mile round trip again

Just done mine. Took about 5 minutes. Logged in and it had a thrash about a bit for 5 mins, then several times asking me if I wanted to watch the tutorial and it didn't see to want to accept my response of no. It then loaded my settings and all was good again. STOP PRESS: After a turn off an on it requested my S-PIN. It did it on every start after that until I realised that I hadn't ticked the "remember S-PIN" box. Radio stations were there but my last selected one was not the current one and had to be reselected. Also the individual interior lighting settings reverted to the default and had to be changed to my settings. A bit of a faff, but nothing too serious.
