mk2 leon steering wheel on mk1 leon

my guess is no, even if the airbag is the same and it fits i doubt there is the wiring in the steering column for the buttons. I am only guessing though!

Airbag is definitely different, as are all the airbags on the MK5 platform.

Wiring for the column isn't a problem though, so long as you have an aftermarket headunit. There are always adaptors around that convert the stock steering controls to allow them to be used with aftermarket head units, so just use that

what if i dont care about the airbag. i like the new wheels as they are much nicer feel to it.
