Wich type of paint should I use to paint the rusting bit under the wheels on the brake hubs. Bought some cheap hammerite smooth finish in silver,reckon that should be ok just to make it look tidier. Also do you reckon I could use it in red for the callipers? The rusting seems to happen on all...

On my 1999 Cupra Sport the rear wheel bearings are droning away. There is also play on each side. The rear brake discs are also quite worn. I plan to keep the car long term so want to use decent quality parts but also like a bargain. So, any reccomendations for suppliers/makers to use...

Any one know if these are still made for the LC? I really liked the Atom pattern machined into them and i heard a lot of good reports, but i had a quick search and ATE only seem to make plain discs now. Pity as they were a good product at a good price.

hi guys, i fitted some new discs and pads to the mother in laws tdi yesterday, fs3 calipers. never done these before, only fn3 cupra calipers... it has a squealing noise coming from the brakes... is this usual on these brakes, the pads has clips to push into the piston and the caliper...

Well, set ups I've had and how I rate them. Initially I had the 323mm OEM Brembo discs and pads, this was a very good system but had its weaknesses when pushing on with very noticable fade. Then I got the 323mm Brembo Drilled discs and OEM pads, these were better with fade than the OEM discs...
