Hello
I've not had my LC long so have been checking a few parts to make sure it's running well. It has a forge dv relocated to the cold side, which i had removed to clean, but it is very oily and i think there could be problem, possibly with the PCV?
does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, just put a forge diverter valve on my leon, seem to have lost a fair bit of power from my car! Thinkin I may have adjusted it wrong, do I need to turn it clockwise or anti clockwise? As far as I'm aware, turning it one way will reduce the amount of air it circulates and blow more out of the...
Anybody purchased one of these? Do you reckon it's worth it? I'm going through the standard DV's like there is no tomorrow and think having it relocated will keep it away from heat and make it easy to change.
Hi All,
I have recently bought a 2004(54) Lean Cupra R 225. I have just picked my Forge 007p diverter up from the post office and when coming to fit the valve, the current one on the car isnt a Black Plastic one so i assume its an after market one(non-standard).
How do i know if this is a...
Hi all, has anyone got experience of apr dv's, I want to replace mine and the company that can supply forge dv offered apr as an alternative saying it was a re-engineered diaphragm type with nomex diaphragm and is as good as forge but maintenance free. any thoughts appreciated, Ken

What is the latest revision diverter valve on offer for the K03 turbo?
A pal of mine has got what could potentially be a leak due to a split diaphragm.
Anyone got a part number of the strongest and latest diverter valve?
As he's running a stage 1 FR petrol with higher boost than normal...
After selling my old Forge FSIT DV, I was in a position with no option but to put back on my old OE unit (Part no. 06F-145-710-C):
As I am now running stage 2+, when m0rk and I went out for a test drive, and I was sat in the passenger seat I could clearly hear the OE DV struggling to...

Not my cuppa tea but im sure some people will like them! What you boys think?
I have just got a 007 diverter valve and have fitted it the same way as the original one.
Have been reading other threads and have noticed a lot of people turning it round, so pressure is in the bottom and side pipe goes back into the air feed to make the valve louder! Is this correct and is...
