How do these work? Are they the same as the Ibiza where you turn the knob to fold them in or are they like other manufacturers when when you turn the engine on they fold out and then fold in when you remove the key?

When I use mine, turn the switch to the left and it moves the left mirror, turn it to the right and it moves both left and right mirrors together. I'm sure when I first got the car the right mirror moved without the left, but now it moves both together. Can anyone confirm this for me? To...
