02j box release bearing or push shaft?

Hi all,

Just a quick question, does anyone know whether the 02j box has a release bearing as pert of the clutch mechanism or is it a push rod into the centre of the drive plate??

okay, not good news!

recently whenever i press the clutch fully the gearbox does not totally disenguage, getting really annoying now, running a spec 6puck clutch so its getting really hard to change gear!

anyone had these issues before?

could be several things

1. clutch cable stretched / limit of adjustment (if yours is cable operated) - need new clutch cable
2. leaking hydraulics - master cylinder or slave cylinder or piping
3. damaged arm on which the release bearing sits
4. damaged / worn out release bearing
