06 Leon 2.0 TDI Remote key question...

Can anyone tell me whether these cars *should* come with two remote flip keys or just one? My current 97 16V has a single remote key (mine!) and a single standard key (missus)... she would like a remote one for the new car too!

1 remote flip key and 1 normal. You can buy replacement keys off Ebay though and get it cut/programmed

Just the one remote I'm afraid. I just don't understand how almost every other company gives you two remote key fobs but Seat only gives you one.
Oh well, guess I need to save some $$ for a 2nd one then.

Bear in mind the non remote key, is in fact your master key. So don't lose it.

Gerry, I've just written a guide on how to get a key from Fleabay working by using the transponder from the spare key...

My MkV golf had 2 remotes, no 'master key' so don't worry... You do need to keep the plastic tag with the numbers on as that is the code for the immobiliser...
