08-auto hvac?

Have just run auto scan on vag-com,all is fine except for this part,it scans for ages then says -
Address 08: Auto HVAC
Controller: 1M0 820 043 E
Coding: 00041
Shop #: WSC 06402
Note: Excessive Comm Errors
Is this a fault with the ebay lead,or the car?

The 08 module on the car is old-tech and doesn't communicate at a high rate. This often happens with these USB leads. If you lower the baud rate on your USB/Comm port, you should get it,
