Do you think an '08 Black Grill would suit my '07 Cupra better. I'm quite tempted.

What's the rough price people of paying for these and the best place to get them from?

Yes, it would match the wing mirrors and lower bumper.
I think Seat charge around £40.

£40 is not too bad and it will also give the impression that my car is an '08 model as I now have my private no. plate on

I have got one on order from a local dealer, supply and fit (as I don't want to attempt this myself having heard how fiddly it is) for £62.47. However, it is on back order, and the dealer doesn't know how long it will be before more stock arrives in the country

Yeah. It has to be white or red. Best colors for the car IMO...
