1.4 100HP Rough Idle But Smooth When driving

Hi I'm new here and just wondering if anyone could help me. my Ibiza is really rough at idle and almost cutting out, but when driving it seems fine. i suspected a bad coil but when taking each one out to test I didn't really notice a difference.
