Hi,

I was changing spark plugs on my 2018 1.5 TSI ibiza and after assembling everything back, engine idles smoothly, but no torque. Like it was boost leak. I have pulled back boost pipe from turbo to intercooler and realized that the end which goes to the turbo - has a seal, however the part which goes to the intercooler - does not have any gasket neither on pipe or intercooler. It's plastic-plastic connection. Even it's tight, I have certain doubts regarding it being sealed.

Should it be like this and only later 1.5 TSI (which side pipe connection near the turbo on boost pipe) have the rubber seal, or mine somehow disappeared (I lost or someone at the Seat service)?

Part #13 on the diagram.

They have a green silicone o-ring in that position.
Thanks! That means mine has gone missing and all shops are closed until Tuesday...

It's actually surprising how smoothly car rides without that o-ring. Idle is spot on, drives smoothly, just makes like 80 horsepower. Turbo whoosh sounds different too. What is also interesting (and bad) that car vaguely reacts to releasing the throttle when driving. There's literally no engine braking. So that means it's sucking unfiltered air which is really not desired. It seems car will need to take a break for few weeks until I will be able to source the parts and re-do that stupid plastic clip and replace both o-rings.
