Mine holds steady on 16psi, pulls all the way at that...have a look in the APR section, I queried this recently with AwesomeAl and he was very helpful in his response. It isn't all about boost, it's about the timing as well. If you can achieve the power without hammering the turbo I guess that's gonna keep your turbo healthier longer?
 
My fr stage 2 peaks at 1.6bar (23psi) and hold usually around 1bar (14.5psi).


I would guess (some logic comes in also) that the less boost the turbo is running, the longer it will last compared to running at full wack.

Would love to fit a larger turbo and run less boost to get the same power output. Don't get full boost till about 3k so no different to skylines and the like.
 
hi there.... mines boost at 1.4 bar and then stay to 1.2 till 5500 rpm and then drops till 1.0 bar till the rev limiter (at 7800 rpm)...
 
Stage 2 boost is normaly 1.4-1.5bar (20-21/22psi)..

I have mine set to 1.5bar peak and still holding 1.1bar @ over 6k rpm :D

That was my last RR result, done in 4th gear. 2nd, 3rd 4th & 5th are generaly the same (depending on the load though)..

Forget the "little blip" in the middle as I had a leaking gasket at the time..

yeap... with my first map it made 1.6-1.7 peak then stayed at 1.2 until 6k rpm then droped under 1 till rev limiter (to brutal for drag racing, lot of wheel spin trough gears....;) ) I`m more happy with this one (almost 2k rpm more with 1 bar is very got :whistle:)
