1.9 TDI - Green Cotton Filter

Just got and fitted one of these above.. now is it just me or does my car feel slower?

Anyone else got one fitted?

Mine is just a standard Ibiza Sport.

Iv got one on and it certainly didnt give it a kick up the arse, but it didnt make it slower??

if your getting a green cotton panel filter go for the skoda fabia 1.9tdi as they are cheaper : shrug:

i have one, made mine rev more freely but didnt feel any quicker or slower

i had a green cotton cone filter and changed that for a pannel but i thought the cone was much better on the revs but my box justs gets hot and is no good i think i would buy the pd 160 air intake its around 60 pound but makes a little deffrance to temp and might give you more power as its twice the size

The PD160 intake improves the airflow much better, what you need on a ibiza is a decent panel filter and decent cold air intake such as a pd160 intake or a bigger cold air feed like a 3" and cut the airbox to fit the bigger one and route it to the bumper. After a good old fashion ragging, the airbox will still be cold, mine always is, the cone filter will just suck in hot air making intake temps hotter, thus reducing power, unless you get a carbonio etc where it routes the cone filter to behind the bumper
