i would personally get the suspension sorted out before changing wheels.

Would be advised to get some rear spacers on there anyway. Makes it look much nicer and improve handling.

i was running spacers from my old wheels when i first put these on and it rubbed like you wouldnt believe!! they were 20mm so were too thick, i reckon you'll be ok with 10mm spacers.
