Yea was a big job gettin it out i think then when we got it back my dad put it back in on his own! while i was at work dont really know how but all is well for now

Pleased you got it all back together, I don't know about the LCR box but the diesel 6 speed weighs a ton, took me and a friend ages to wrestle mine back in.
