I have recently purchase a 2001 Toledo 110 se (NON PD) and have started to modify it.

Iv a list of what i would like to do, if anyone can give any guidance would be great
Hi all as a newbie, jus some of my plans


Its silver at present, but will be painted in next couple of weeks (Will get before and after posted)

Lower front and rear bumper line smoothed

Iv 17 alloys on currently from unknown seat??
Full coilovers.

Lower front grill needs replaced due to cracked from previous owner.
Interested in putting front mount intercooler, have pipes i can use (Not sure of layout tho,sizes bends etc)
Pd 150 turbo and inlet.
Allard egr delete??
130/150 injectors?
remap to follow.
Decat and sports backbox?
Panel air-filter

Need to fix door key barrel as stiff (No fob for remote, can i code flip key 2button?)(Have use of vag com)
(Possible when fixed to blank drivers side)

Replace driver side folding mirror
Tint windows.

Not 100% on which interiors do fit including door cards (Change from dull grey . )
Glovebox and lower drivers side dash to black (Only cupras come in that?)

Alarm easily fitted??

Cant decide to lamin-x rear taillight??

Well the PD injectors wont fit your car so don't get them, inlet and turbo are good and you wil need bigger injector nozzles and a tune to make the most of the turbo otherwise it's a waste of fun. Some of the T4 ones would do like out of the T4 van with the 2.5l 5cyl engine, you also got them in the volvo V70 I think it was.
Send them along to somewhere like united diesel or speak to ryan at darkside developments to get them set up right otherswise you could damage the engine.

With a straight map you'd get about 140 ish but with that turbo and nozzles probably nearer 170.

The Leon is just the hatchback version of the tolly so any of them with the same number of doors will do for door cards etc.
The Mk4 golf dash etc might fit too but I'm not sure, they're both Mk4 platform though so might.

You'll need to check on the new rules for the decat, they're changing them for the worse. You can get round it though and do like I did and just knock the insides out of the cat so it's straight through but still looks legit.

You can get a kit for the front mounted intercooler for most of the vags, see them on ebay a lot.

Are you sure you don't have an alarm already?

Thanks, il maybe go with injectors the remaper can supply, ben told 0.216 nozzles waste of time if nt setup right??

Decat, can put in and out as need, saw bolt in one cheap enuff.

Yea no alarm, i was bit puzzled too, had on vag com n no notice of it
