what do you think is next on the list??
Well there are a few things I have in mind lol. Strut brace, Fabia/Polo rear wiper, chrome vent surrounds, chrome dial surrounds, alloys refurbed, mirrors matched to refurbed alloys, paintwork to the rear driver's side wing, repaint the side strips...
The list is virtually endless!

one of my mates is selling a bmc cda induction kit if your interested? i had one for my old mk4 ibiza FS, it gives off a really good sound and improved throttle response. you don't suffer from hat soak because there an in-closed carbon airbox.

hey im liking the car the car aerial is cool goin to do that my self and a few of the other lil mods people have said was it hard to get your side stripe off
Takes a fair bit of pulling but it's not too difficult, best thing to do is to pour some boiling water into a bucket and using a sponge, apply as much as you can onto the side strips, this helps soften the adhesive that holds it on and makes it easier to pull off. Let me know how you get on!

he hasn't got the silcone elbow which you will need to fit it to the throttle body, but if you look on ebay there only about £12. hes also got two large cold air feeds, so you will be getting cold air from the front bumper instead of up in the engine bay.

Any fitting instructions etc with it? Something I'd like to do myself, but never really done anything like this before. Could you find me a link to one of those on eBay mate? And is £50 delivered? Cheers.
An updated to-do list!
- Refurb the 16" alloys already on the car, black/anthracite
- Chrome vent surrounds
- Badge the bootlid as per the facelift, but with black lettering
- Paint the side bump strips to either match the car, or the wheels
- Paint the wing mirrors to match the wheels/bump strips
- HID headlight kit
- Tint the side repeaters
- Change the plastic inserts on the front bumper to the "honeycomb" style
- Have two dents removed on the nearside front wing, looks like a shopping trolley is responsible!
- Paintwork to repair the scuff on the offside rear wing/bumper, pulling off my (very tight squeeze!) drive
- Service!
- Upper strut brace
- Induction kit maybe?
- Chrome dial surrounds
- TT Pedals
- Polo/Fabia rear wiper, do both bolt straight on?
- LCR Splitter
- Proper interior valet, seats out job!

its easy enough to fit mate, if you get stuck i'll tell you how to fit it. all you really do is take the big air box off (just pull it off) then you should see the throttle body, thats were you put one end of the elbow. then the other end of the elbow connects to the bmc filter. the other end of the filter is were you put the cold air feed, then just strech the cold air tube as close to the left hand side fog light as you can. (this is the closest to the filter were cold air comes through)

So all I'll need is the stuff your mate is selling me, and the ~£15 silicon elbow from eBay and I'll be good to go?
hes just texted back and hs gone out today, but he's going to text me later. i'm positive you need an elbow, to be 100% sure which size you need, post a thread on our section asking what size the throttle body is because you need an silcone elbow. the other things you might need are two jubliee clips and reducer but there only about £10 for them both but you might not need them.
no problem mate, he was going to be putting on ebay if you didn't want it anyway. you want be able to get an induction kit and keep the air box though mate, its one or the other you can get a panel filter which goes inside the air box, it makes the car rev more freely but you dont get the same noise as the induction kit or cone.

Looks like I'll be trying a panel filter first then, and maybe some time in the future change my mind, but that looks the way forward at the minute!
