2008 Mk2 Leon Cupra K1 issues

Good evening,

Ive been reading through a few older threads about EPC loghts appearing but ive just had a mate plug it in and got the following code

08852 - Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (n276) open circuit P2294 No signal/No communication intermittent

Does anyone know exactly what this means, my pal who plugged it in said its a fault in the wireing he also cleared the codes which releaved the issue of the EML but has kept the EPC light on


Any help and advise majorly appreciated

According to here http://www.audizine.com/forum/showt...-part-number?p=7248922&viewfull=1#post7248922 that part is on the high pressure fuel pump and is not replaceable.

Maybe check the connector first? If not, maybe a new fuel pump! 06F127025M is the latest OE part I think. http://imgur.com/pkeYh7R

So would a replacement fuel pump o ring and follower fix this problem or would it return unless i got an uprated Hpfp??

This is causings heahaches lol

No, its either the wiring loom to the top connector being faulty or the actual connector itself.

Replacing a seal or cam follower wouldn't help I don't think.

OEM fuel pump or uprated would probably fix it, but I'd get an auto spark to check the wiring and connector first.

Right OEM fuel pump fitted and codes cleared and problem has gone..*touch wood* thanks for the advice people
